How Do I Make A Request?
We accept service orders via telephone, email, fax or web inquiry. We require a minimum of 24 hours to complete a service request, and will accommodate requests as quickly as possible. We will do our utmost to accommodate emergency requests, although an additional service fee may be assessed at time of payment.

We've Got Time LLC, is located in Dekalb County, Georgia. We provide services to clients in several metro Atlanta counties (*mileage rates apply). In counties that we do not service, we network with other concierge services, to ensure your needs are met.

When does the hourly rate begin?
The hourly rate takes effect from the time our specialists leaves the office, until task is completed (shopping,errands, etc). For all services handled within the office (reservations, research, etc); billing is according to actual time involved in completing tasks.
