How Do I Make A Request? We accept service orders via telephone, email, fax or web inquiry. We require a minimum of 24 hours to complete a service request, and will accommodate requests as quickly as possible. We will do our utmost to accommodate emergency requests, although an additional service fee may be assessed at time of payment. Back to Top

How are the costs for services calculated and is there a minimum hourly requirement? All services listed are charged on a per hour basis and yes, there is a 1 hour minimum requirement charge. Back to Top

We will try to complete as many services as possible within the 1 hour timeframe. However, this may not be achieved due to circumstances beyond our control. I want you to do my shopping. Will you bill me for the items I request, after I've paid for just the delivery service only? No, this is a prepaid service. When does the hourly rate begin? The hourly rate takes effect from the time our specialists leaves the office, until task is completed (shopping,errands, etc). For all services handled within the office (reservations, research, etc); billing is according to actual time involved in completing tasks. Back to Top

Do you charge for mileage and how is it calculated? Mileage is included up to 15 miles; and $.48 per mile thereafter. It is calculated from the time we leave our office, to the desired location. Back to Top
